Digital Music News analyst Richard Menta combines a Bit Torrent hack that downloads movies and a successful virus defense in a British child pornography case to posit a viable consumer copyright infringement lawsuit defense.
Menta writes "A widespread dissemination of the hack would pose number of problems for major studios and labels, as it sets up the scenario where attack victims could be falsely accused of file-sharing and sued. Worse, it could set up a 'Virus Defense' in the US, in which anyone who is sued can simply blame all illicit download activities on the exploit."

It's really hard to monitor all online activities, especialy that there are a lot of high tech gadgets that can be used. I really feel that online problems are such pain in the ass.
