The famous bittorrent search engine Torrentspy has today said goodbye, claiming the US is a too hostile climate to continue operating anything to do with torrents. It's a shame, as this comes after they have spent thousands of dollars trying to fight decisions to block US users and the like in the courts, but all good things come to an end.
They say this is to protect users completely; if they can't use the site, how can they do anything wrong?
