The Pirate Bay, legendary torrent site, has updated it's interface for Music torrents to something really rather smart. The new system, shown in the image of amy winehouse's profile below, is linked up to music scrobbling site Last.fm, and features many details about the artist, as well as links to other torrents and the like.

Of course, the files that are being shared are still illegal, but the way The Pirate Bay team are intergrating other services into the torrent community has to be applauded. This could be put to use in a system which distributes free, unsigned music so that artists could be recommended to downloaders, for example.
