The Pirate Bay responds to Swedish Law
Filed in archive Government by Jordan Grodecki on June 23, 2008
With law in sweden coming into line with major western powers in the fact that wiretapping is considered "okay" in order to prevent terrorist attacks (despite the fact that sweden is very much an unlikely target for such an attack), the pirate bay have decided to respond.

They have called for international ISPs to boycott sweden, while also giving encryption tips, and opening their VPN tunneling service to the world.

I don't think it's going to do much, however.
