Earlier this year, as you may or may not recall, ISPs in Italy were told they were required to block The Pirate Bay, and users were redirected to an anti piracy agency.
After an appeal by TPB, the block has been lifted, with the lawyers arguing that there was no jurisdiction for what had happened before, and that TPB had done nothing against the law.
The judge accepted this and has overturned the ban, effective immediately

Glad to see this happen. It's sad when governments start getting involved in something they shouldn't be involved in and thankfully TPB was able to get this overturned.
