After recently claiming that it is illegal to rip your own CDs, nobody really thought that the industry would go after people....but it looks like they have!

A Slyck forum post is showing the details of a legal suit against a man who kept 2000 of his personal records in digital format on his PC. Even lawyers are amazed this case is being made, saying that generally to breach copyright you need to be distributing the material somehow.
