The BitTorrent service serves a safety net in conjunction with regular web publishing. It's not needed for light or typical downloading. But if the video suddenly becomes popular, downloading bandwidth zooms, reaches the account limit, and web downloading is stopped. At that point users can turn to P2P for downloading.
MoveDigital doesn't provide a vehicle for seeding the file on BitTorrent. So it's not a practical solution in this scenario. But it does point the way to how P2P can be used in conjunction with the web.
