Number One Couch Potato? Mom
According to research firm IMMI, parents watch more video on TV, DVD, and theaters than children. Now maybe that's because kids are on the phones and computers IMing, surfing, and YouTubing. But I think it's a good sign nonetheless for the younger generation.

Women watch significantly more video than men. The biggest consumer of all are women age 45-54 who watch 47.6 days of media a year.

Video watching is lowest at 18-24 and climbs steadily after that. teenagelinks boys are the largest movie watchers at home and the theater.
