Net neutrality not the answer?

CNet have written up a nice article summing up why it is possible that the "Net Neutrality" that is being contested and debated all over the place, may not be the answer to ISPs actively limiting various protocols download capability. Comcast, who we reported on just yesterday, are at the centre of all this, due to their bittorrent limiting scandal.

The issue that is raised time and time again though, is that Bittorrent, in vast majority, is used to download illegal content, and as such, maybe does not deserve equal rights through ISPs. Of course I, and many others will stand against that as there is many legal uses of the protocol, and it is not fair to treat some traffic different to others.
