Tiscali has agreed to supply PlayLouder MSP with broadband access. Tiscali is a large European ISP with 4.8 million users and 1.5 million with ADSL.

The good news from the consumer perspective - the price is the same as the regular broadband. But I maintain my prior concerns. There is no indication that more labels are included and that consumers are indemnified or in any way protected from future legal actions.
