In todays unsuprising news….
We all knew the case against the Pirate Bay was going to be a hard one to press charges, and find evidence for, so it's no suprise to see the case has been delayed once more, possibly until 2009. If you can remember now, it was well over a year ago that the prosecutor Hakan Roswall announced his intention to sue the site for damages from pirated material.
In fact, hell, I'll be suprised if it ever gets to court.
