The IFPI has made a demand to the owners of the pirate bay, the worlds most famous torrent tracker, and it's a pretty damn big one; $2.56million dollars. After a sweetish prosecuter got a list of every album on the tracker earlier this year, the details have been passed to the IFPI and they have decided 2.56million is the value.
Brokep, an admin of TPB has posted on his blog about what he thinks, and the base of it is that it's utterly mad, and how he is confident they will not get a penny out of the site's administration.
