The IFPI have been thwarted once more in Denmark, as they attempted once more to sue someone on the basis that monitoring what an IP registered to them has been doing, is equal to them doing it. The "open wireless" defence has once more proved successful, as the courts today aquitted a middle aged, just months after aquitting 2 women on exactly the same charge.
Good news for legimate open networks, or easy excuse for pirates? You decide.
