That's South Koreans, not those from the North, nobody really knows what they get up to due to their delightful style of government. However, back to relevent news; a study from the Korean Film Council has concluded that a whopping 47% of South Koreans download films illegally from the net, with pretty much zero fear of being fined or the like. Lucky them, eh?

Apparently the typical movie pirate downloads 1.1 movies a week, which is actually quite a lot if you think about it, I certainly don't watch a film every week, let alone go to the cinema every week!

37% of downloaders said it was the cost that forced them to pirate.... whereas 20% said it was time reasons.

Interesting facts, eh?
