Denmark orders ISP to block The Pirate Bay

The pirate baylinks, spearheads of the anti-RIAA/MPAA movement, have just had been blocked by an ISP in Denmark. Of course, the courts were involved, and it all boils down to judging whether the site is in fact illegal. The site is utterly shocked at the decision, and people are struggling to believe that the IFPI can in fact control what users of Tele2 can and can't see online, in an system similar to that of China.

The main defence for TPB is the fact that it is just a search engine, much like Google, which links to pirated, and non pirated material, so if the pirate bay is blocked, why isn't google?
