Blu Ray dominates, HD DVD falls.

Although this isn't technically p2p stuff, I think it's important to most of you nonetheless. As you already probably know, Toshiba has given up on the HD format war, and has decided to cut it's losses and pull it's support from HDDVD. All Toshiba products which contain HD DVD drives will be fully supported for the next few years, but new players will become thin on the ground.

This is pretty much the victory theme for Blu Ray, which much like the Betamax/VHS, is the technically supirior format, but this time, it's won.
