The Digital Millenium copyright Act (DMCA) is the apex of RIAA-sponsored self-serving bad legislation. It's been abused in many ways in both entertainment and tech industries. A federal court ruled that
StorageTek could not use the DMCA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act) to sue an independent repair provider. Jason Schultz provides analysis.
