University is one of RIAA's successes. The college banned P2P on campus. Athens, Ohio law firms are fighting back. Joseph A. Hazelbaker and Jonathan Sowash of Sowash, Carson & Ferrier served notice on Ohio U that they demand the University protect its students' rights. They will hold the University accountable if it does not.Meanwhile attorney Joseph Hazelbaker will defend students. He said "I have a soft spot for these David vs. Goliath battles and an interest in helping people facing a bully - which I view the recording industry project (to catch file-sharers) as being." His fees will depend on individual students and their situations.
